I have used this for years and it never fails. A jug, boiling water and a fork to stir, never had any lumps. The taste is really nice and there is never any left at the end of the roast. I love the tin, keeps the powder fresh and easy to open. These are regularly on special at Woolworths. Manufactured on equipment that also processes products containing Barley, Rye, Milk, Egg and Sesame Seed products.
